Family...North Central KS Family Photographer
What do you do when the wind is blowing 35mph and you have a photography session? You find a wind break! HA. I bet you were thinking I would say postpone. And, sometimes that is what happens if schedules allow and a future forecast looks more promising. Who knew that by being a photographer, I would watch the hourly, daily, 5 and 10 day forecasts like hawk?! Well, despite the wind being a real bear this day, I thought they handled it great and I was so thankful for this cool looking barn wall opposite of that crazy wind! :)

Royal...Show Steer Photographer
Although not my usual subject to photograph, this young lady requested photos with her show steer "Royal" and I was glad to help. I have an appreciation for the bond created between animals and their owners. I had show animals of my own when I was in 4-H. Animals really do have a lot of personality if you take the time to get to know them and while it is sad sometimes to see them go, they have a great purpose also.

The B Family...Kansas Family Photographer
I just love photographing this family. Always a fun time, even if everyone isn't in the mood.:) Their little guy wasn't feeling much like taking pictures and wasn't too thrilled being by himself in front of the camera but we still managed to get some really great images:) I just LOVED the pasture we were able to take the photos at. It is just a beautiful area with sandstone rock out-croppings and rolling hills. We got to visit the cows too! I hope you enjoy:)
