I always enjoy photographing these three:) It has been fun to watch them grow! I just love their yard and I think they do too:) The leaves around their pond were just beautiful! We caught a gorgeous November day right before the big cold snap came.

I am still catching up on blogging fall 2014 sessions and I'm hoping to get caught up in the next week or so and then back to our regularly scheduled program. Although, I think I'm going to try and blog twice per week instead of five times per week. I don't want to overwhelm the internet and I also want to personally be able to stick with it.

The M Family...North Central KS Family Photographer

I feel so lucky to have such great clients! This is the first time I have photographed this family and we had a blast:) I have to say, though, that there is something magical about using a suitcase as a prop:) No, I'm not kidding. Pull out a chair and their like... "umm, a chair? I'm always supposed to sit in those...boring!" You pull out a wagon, a suitcase, or heck find a log and it is FUN! Or at least that is the way it was for these little girls this particular evening:) I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from this beautiful family session!

We had been waiting and waiting for the weather to finally cooperate and our third try worked. I'm so glad we waited because although it was a little windy, it was warm and not wintry! I'm hoping that we are past that and on to spring now. She is such a cutie and I really enjoyed the evening with her and her parents:) And, a big thank you to all my wonderful neighbors who allow me to photograph on their property and use their incredible old barns in my backgrounds:) I love old barns, they are so interesting and unique! We had a little Valentine fun for this session:) What kid doesn't like Valentines Day and candy? I don't know of any:) I can't believe little mister is already 6 months old and big sister is 5 years old! Enjoy a peek into my recent session with these adorable kids:) And a little back story on his little pants. I made them out of a sweater and if you can believe it (I can't)...they FIT!! As some of you know, I try to knit and crochet and craft from time to time and I have a heck of a time getting my sizing correct:) SO...I was pretty ecstatic when these little babies fit! Small victories really make my week/month/year:) Thanks for looking:)

Beautiful winter evening...7 years old...Central Kansas Child Photographer

It is rare that there is snow on the ground but the weather is nice enough to not need a coat! We took advantage of it and had a great time! I apologize for keeping this so short and sweet but it is more about the images anyway, right?:) Hope you enjoy:)

These girls are just so precious! We get to see them most Sundays and they are just so sweet! It was a little chilly on this evening and a bit breezy so we kept it short and sweet, but that is the way most kids like it anyway:) Hope you enjoy! I loved their little red wagon:)
