What a little cutie! How does time goes so fast? It seems like just yesterday that she was in for her newborn pictures! Flashback to that session here. I enjoyed seeing how much she has changed and grown:) We did a little cake smash at the end of her session and she wasn't too sure about it, plus she really didn't want the hair band on her head but she humored us for a few pictures:) I loved her little cake...so cute!

The V Family...North Central Family Photographer

What a fun family to photograph! I have had the privilege of photographing these guys since their oldest was a newborn:) Have I mentioned how much I love my job? I really enjoy getting to know my families and their kids. We celebrated little L's one year birthday with a little cake:) He was pretty serious about it...haha. I always enjoy watching how kids handle a cake being placed in front of them with no rules to follow. It is always a surprise:) I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from our session! What a fun evening it was with this family. We had a good time bouncing from the pasture to a corn field and back to the garden. We almost didn't make it to the corn field because the mosquitoes about devoured us within a matter of minutes in the pasture. Luckily, we survived and were able to locate some deet and ward them off a little. We captured one year photos for their little man. He loves tractors:) I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites from our session! This might just be one of my all time favorite newborn images...she is so content and so pretty. It is hard to believe she is already ONE! One year later and she's a mover and a shaker! We had a lot of fun at the end of her session. She really wasn't a very happy camper when she got a taste of her cake...LOL. I'm pretty sure it was yummy, I think the frosting all over her hands made her mad though. SO, we made the impromptu decision to try a little baby bath to get washed up at the end and she LOVED it. And...here is a little video of her having the time of her life:) Sweet laughs and pure joy:) LOVE IT!
