Catching up on the blog again. I'm not sure how I get so far behind but I'm so thankful to have more to share with you! I hope you enjoy an adorable lifestyle newborn session that was held in their home. I spent a few hours photographing him with his parents and also took a few of him by himself. I am so happy for this family! What a beautiful family they have. They let it be a surprise whether they were having a boy or girl, which I know can be difficult:) This little guy is just so adorable and I'm sure big sister will take good care of him:) I can't wait to watch him grow! What a couple of cuties! This little guy was bound and determined to see everything going on around him during our session. He finally sacked out at the very end and we got a few sleepy shots. I must say that I love my clients! I really enjoyed meeting their new little one and I loved being able to come and photograph him in his new surroundings as well. I feel it brings a personal touch to the photos that will be treasured for many years to come. I still love my studio work for a very clean and classic look, but to get those personal backgrounds in the images, it is nice to be in the home as well. I am kind of surprised that one year old brother didn't show up as a blur in most of the photos as fast as he was moving...haha. It is probably a good thing I brought my strobe along:) I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites for our session! Thanks for looking:)

What a sweet little angel. I had the pleasure of meeting this little one at her home just a few days old and she was so perfect! My heart just spills over for new parents and the joy of bringing home their first baby! I remember that feeling all too well and it is so awesome and overwhelming at the same time.
